What are paper sinuswave boards?
Paper sinuswave boards consist of a sturdy sinuswave structure and can be laminated with a variety of face papers.
What are the main arguments in favor of using sinuswave boards?
Sinuswave boards offer many advantages. One of their key features is their low weight combined with high strength. In addition, these panels are made primarily from recycled paper and can be fully recycled.
What is the difference between a sinuswave board and a honeycomb board?
The two variants are manufactured using different technologies. As a result, the sinuswave board has a corrugated, dense structure and is a sturdy panel material even in its unlaminated form.
Which of the two options is better?
It all depends on the intended application. The Sinuswave board is more rigid and is available in thicknesses as thin as 5 mm. It is better suited for demanding machining processes (e.g., V-cut).
The honeycomb board is even lighter for the same dimensions, is available in various cell sizes, and can be supplied in widths up to 1,750 mm.
How do the boards react to moisture?
Since the boards are made almost entirely of paper, they absorb and release moisture depending on the climatic conditions. For this reason, paper wave panels are generally more suitable for indoor use.

How can the boards be structurally modified?
The wave panels can be custom-cut to any length and width. They can also be shaped by punching, milling, cutting, or profiling.
Can the boards be printed on?
The boards can be printed on using various technologies, whether they have a white or brown surface.
Are other surface materials also available?
Upon request, the honeycomb cores can also be laminated with specialty papers or other materials, such as grayboard or wood-based materials. This depends on the quantity and the workability of these materials.
Do you also manufacture pallets made of sinuswave boards?
Yes, although this is particularly useful for pallet dimensions or shapes that differ from standard market specifications. Please let us know your requirements, and we will explore the available options.

Do you have items in stock, or is everything custom-made to the customer's specifications?
For short-notice orders in small quantities, we keep a limited selection of standard boards in stock. All other items are custom-made to meet customer specifications and require a certain amount of production time.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Standard boards are available in small quantities. Please contact us directly for information on minimum order quantities for custom designs.
Can I get some samples from you?
To give you a first impression of our products, we can send you small samples upon request. For specific projects, you can also receive larger samples and pre-made prototypes.
